Using stable engineered lumber with no twists, crowns or defects there is virtually no fighting to straighten walls or cull bad studs and rafters.  Everything is precut to exact plan dimensions, all the rafters calculated and cut fit tight - should be called Precision Framing. 

The iLevel program offers a read only Googlesketch file that was a great tool for the Owner.  Offering a 3D model the owner was given a perspective not usually available from an Architect without a sizable upcharge.

Kerton Construction could review and modify each wall (or floor) member taking into consideration any seismic engineering, blocking for hardware and even pre-drilled holes for the electrical pulls. 

“Building in the snow country is very particular to our area and we were able to customize each wall to exactly what we wanted.”  Mike Kerton, owner of Kerton Construction said.  Even holes in the rafters for the fire sprinkler system were in engineer approved locations and drilled prior to even being on site as rafter integrity is critical in the snow country.
