The application of stucco makes for a sustainable exterior wall finish.
The wood siding is Redwood. The contrast accents both.
The massive entry was finished in rock and
stucoo. The over-sized door is surrounded
by windows. Notice the Arxx Wall to the
right of the entry.
The rock pylons frame the three-car garage and create a base for
the wrap around deck. The deck opens at the front of the house
through the living room and wraps to the east side of the house
to the master bedroom - which has two sets of sliding glass doors.
To the right: This is the
east side of the house.
You can see how the
deck wraps around from
the living room to the
master bedroom where it
is protected by roof.

To the left: This is the
view from the deck
outside the master
bedroom. The decking
material is Trex - low
maintenance.
To the right: This is the ski-in/ski-out access room which also
doubles as a laundry room.

Above: The dining room boasts massive sliding glass doors which
open to a large patio.
Above: The ski-in/ski-out access, the house is in the process of
being prepped for stucco. Windows and head trim have been
installed so flashing can be integrated providing the best
moisture intrusion control.

To the right: This is the front entrance. You can see the
Warmboard, the Arxx Wallsystem, steel beams, and also how the
posts have been wrapped to prevent damage.
